Shipping, Return and Refund Policy

SHIPPING POLICY:

All bandierajewellers.com have tracking numbers and insurance, however the tracking number information is not provides for any shipped items. Orders must be over $1,000 CAD pre-tax to qualify for Free Shipping. Orders under $1,000 are charged a flat shipping rate of $65. In the event that multiple orders are placed with the same shipping destination and on the same account, orders will be combined and shipping fees will be adjusted, unless otherwise requested.


Canada

Shipments within Canada will be shipped via Atripco, FedEx or Registered Mail. For Registered mail please allow for 4-6 business days depending on postal code. For Atripco shipments please allow 3 business days. Items that qualify to be shipped by FedEx will be delivered within 3 business days depending on your location. If you wish to know which service your product will be shipped with, please contact prior to making the on-line purchase.


USA

Shipments going to the United States will be shipped via FedEx or Registered Mail. For Registered Mail the following service types apply:
Continental USA: Registered Mail (allow for 4-6 business days). For Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico: Registered Mail (allow up to 12 business days).
For FedEx will be delivered within 3 business days depending on your location. If you wish to know which service your product will be shipped with, please contact prior to making the on-line purchase.


International:

We currently do not accept orders outside Canada and the USA.

NOTE: Bandierajewellers.com holds the right to refuse shipping to any order.


REFUND/RETURN POLICY:

Items that are "ON SALE" cannot be returned and are final sale.

Bandierajewellers.com allows 14 days for return of regular priced merchandise for a full refund starting from the day the merchandise was received by the customer.

Bandierajewellers.com is not responsible for return shipping fee’s such as customs duties, courier brokerage.

Items being returned must not be worn, altered, or damaged. Items must have their original tags. All products must be returned in its original packaging. If protective plastic is peeled off the case and/or bracelet of the watch, the sale is final. Upon receipt of returned merchandise, Bandierajewellers.com has the right to deny refunds if the goods do not meet the return policy requirements.

Unfortunately, Bandierajewellers.com is unable to provide online exchanges. If an exchange on an item is necessary for a different size, style or price, we recommend first sending the item back for a full refund (if return falls under the above requirements/timeframe), then purchase your desired item through the website as a separate transaction. Please contact us directly via info@bandierajewellers.com and notify of the exchange requested to better coordinate. 

Returns must be authorized by Bandierajewellers.com in advance. Customers must contact us prior to proceeding with return by emailing info@bandierajewellers.com and you will be provided with a return authorization number as well as return shipping instructions. The return authorization number must be clearly written on the outside of the package being returned. Bandierajewellers.com is not responsible for the loss or delay of packages being returned and STRONGLY SUGGESTS using a courier service that provides a tracking number.


United States:

Returns from the United States must be shipped via the United States postal service with insurance and tracking number provided to Bandierajewellers.com.

All returned items should be declared as a ‘return of Canadian merchandise’ on the customs declaration. Returned items that don't have this mention on their custom declaration will be refused and returned to the sender.  Please contact us directly so we can help with proper documentation via email info@bandierajewellers.com.
