Oris is delighted to introduce Aquis Pro 1000M, a fresh expression of our most technical dive watch. As before, the Aquis Pro is defined by its exceptional performance. We designed it in partnership with diving professionals, who invited us to create a minutes scale bezel that they could be confident never to accidentally adjust while underwater. So we created the Rotation Safety System, or RSS, which can be locked into place once set, providing reliable back-up to electronic instruments. This Oris-patented development has become a design icon, relied on by countless professional divers all over the world.
This new edition also offers 100 bar (1,000 metres) of water resistance, a lightweight grey-PVD-coated 49.50mm titanium case and two rubber straps in black and blue that can be switched out by the owner using the tool supplied with the watch. A blue gradient dial with a wave effect completes the picture, a nod to the watch's extreme capabilities.
