Shipping policy

All bandierajewellers.com have tracking numbers and insurance, however the tracking number information is not provides for any shipped items. Orders must be over $1,000 CAD pre-tax to qualify for Free Shipping. Orders under $1,000 are charged a flat shipping rate of $25. In the event that multiple orders are placed with the same shipping destination and on the same account, orders will be combined and shipping fee’s will be adjusted, unless otherwise requested.

Canada
Shipments within Canada will be shipped via Registered Mail under the following service types: Please allow for 4-6 business days depending on postal code. Some items may qualify to be shipped by FedEx at the discretion of bandierajewellers.com.

USA
Shipments going to the United States will be shipped via Registered Mail under the following service types:
Continental USA: Registered Mail (allow for 4-6 business days). For Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico: Registered Mail (allow up to 12 business days).
