Our Repair & Maintenance Services

1. Complete Movement Overhaul
If your watch is losing time, stalling, or hasn't been serviced in over 5 years, it may require an overhaul. We completely disassemble the movement, ultrasonically clean every single individual cog and gear, replace worn factory parts, and re-lubricate the mechanism with premium Swiss horological oils.
2. Crystal Replacement
Scratched, cracked, or shattered glass compromises your watch's aesthetic and leaves the dial vulnerable to dust. We replace damaged crystals with factory-spec mineral glass or scratch-resistant synthetic sapphire crystal.
3. Case & Bracelet Refinishing (Polishing)
Restore the original factory luster of your timepiece. Our master polishers expertly treat satin, brushed, and high-polished finishes on stainless steel, gold, and platinum, removing surface scratches while meticulously preserving the watch's original lines and geometry.
4. Gasket Replacement & Water Resistance Resealing
Moisture is the number one enemy of a mechanical watch. We replace all critical rubber and silicone seals (around the crystal, case back, and crown) and test the integrity of the watch using wet and dry pressure-testing equipment to guarantee its depth rating.

Every complete movement overhaul performed by our master horologists is backed by a comprehensive 1-Year Service Warranty from the date of completion.
What is Covered

Mechanical Precision: Any defects in materials or workmanship related to the movement service, cleaning, and overhaul.

Component Performance: Faulty operation of any new internal parts or gears replaced by our watchmakers during the service.

Timing Accuracy: Free regulation and calibration adjustments if your watch falls outside of factory-specified timing parameters under normal wear.
What is Not Covered
To maintain the integrity of our warranty, please note that it does not cover:

Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, or improper handling (such as drops or impact marks on the case).

Natural wear and tear to external components (including scratches to the crystal, bezel, case, or leather straps).

Water damage if the watch was explicitly noted as "not water-resistant" upon intake, or if the screw-down crown was left unsecured during wear.

Any repairs, adjustments, or opening of the watch case by a third party or unauthorized technician after our service.
